Prayer

‘Pray at all times in the spirit’ (Ephesians 6:18)

Mission comes out of the overflow of our discipleship, as an expression of our love and adoration of Jesus Christ, and our desire to take the ‘good news’ to others. Prayer is central to our walk with Jesus Christ, it leads us to mission and informs how to do it, and therefore all our mission engagements are rooted in prayer.

We believe that, from the Upper Room on, prayer has been at the heart of every move of  God. Our vision is of beacons of prayer lighting up all over rural Britain. To realise this, we seek to mobilise prayer by providing prayer resources, organising prayer events, creating prayer networks and building a praying community.

Prayer Partners

There is great strength and encouragement to be found in joining together in prayer, both for each other’s needs and those of our nation, specifically across rural Britain. Together, we pray for one another, the specific needs of our contexts, and for the ministry of Village Hope. If you would like to explore becoming a Prayer Partner, please contact us.
